Sometimes, the box office can give out so many superhero movies, it might feel like comic books are the only inspiration left for movie makers.
However, not every brilliant superhero Movie leaves a legacy of a popular franchise. Even though there might be many reasons they didn’t give rise to a series of sequels, fans wished they would have. Spider-Man 4
Did you know that there was a striking possibility for Spider-Man 4 that could have started Bruce Campbell as the famous Mysterio? If only Vulture could have made it through live-action and presented fans with a marvelous Spider-Man 4! Of course, Spider-Man 3 has always been under constant re-evaluation after the No Way Home part was released. That’s why Raimi was in favor of making it up to Spider-Man fans with the fourth part. But there was a lot of backlash against Spider-Man 3 and Sony was concurrently working on a reboot for Spider-Man. Eventually, Amazing Spider-Man came into existence and Spiderman 4 remained a dream.
Hellboy 3
The first two parts of Hellboy were classic comic book movies fans adored. Exciting action, fun designs, and unique characters won fans’ hearts. Big Red was dealing with being a father which was a major character arc for a major character. However, when Hellboy 2: The Golden Army failed to meet expectations, they presented fans with a Hellboy remake. Without sugar-coating, it was terrible!
Power Rangers
The surprisingly amazing reboot of Power Rangers released in 2017 kept millions of fans hooked to the TV screens. With a great cast and brilliant character chemistry, filmmakers managed to make Power rangers special. Not to mention, the fact that it teased Tommy Oliver, in the end, could have changed the way things would have gone if Power rangers morphed into an ongoing franchise. However, the movie didn’t perform as per expectations and fans are still yearning for more.
Mystery Men 2
Raise your hand if you think Mystery Men deserves a sequel starring Paul Reubens, Ben Stiller, William H. Macy, Jeneane Garafalo, and Hank Azaria. It predicated X Men by 1 year and was the first movie starring multiple superheroes. The cast brought the storyline alive. Do you think there is still a possibility of a reboot?

The Phantom portrayed of tactful amalgamation of the thirties and forties adventure with an extra charm from the 90s. Billy Zane starrer managed to charm fans despite his goofy outfit. The way he slammed evil was worth carrying on into an ongoing franchise.
