Prince William Allegedly Assaulted Prince Harry Over Meghan Markle Fiasco – Cracked a Dog Bowl Over Him, Prince Harry Refused to Hit Back
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have already aroused drama in the royal family after the release of their documentary. The couple through their six-episode docu-series have told their story to the world. They have received much criticism for their series from the royal side, who refused to give any interview for the Netflix show.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex got married in 2018 and through the years left their royal duties and shifted to California. They have been constantly in news due to their split from the royal family, and the recent release of their documentary cleared the doubts. Netflix’s Harry & Meghan revealed the other side of the royal family, and now Prince Harry’s new memoir adds more details to the allegations against the royals.
Prince Harry in his memoir accuses his brother of physical violence
Prince Harry is all set to launch his memoir Spare reveals some troubling details about his brother. The younger prince has charged Prince William with physical abuse. The prince describes what he claims was a physical assault by his brother during a dispute involving the Duke of Sussex’s impending nuptials to Meghan Markle.
Through his new book, the 38-year royal member has described a confrontation between the two brothers in their London house in 2019. The Prince of Wales described Markle as difficult, rude, and abrasive in front of her husband. The confrontation then swiftly got worse, and Prince Willam grabbed his little brother’s collar and threw him on the floor. As described by the Duke,
” He grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and he knocked me to the floor. I landed on the dog’s bowl, which cracked under my back, the pieces cutting into me. I lay there for a moment, dazed, then got to my feet and told him to get out.”
The Prince of Wales even asked his younger brother to regret his action of not saying a word to the former TV actress. Prince Harry described this incident to his therapist, but his visible bruises from the incident revealed the truth to his wife.
Spare, the memoir of Prince Harry, comes out this week
The most awaited book Spare is set to release next week on January 10. The title of the book comes from an old saying in royal and aristocratic circles. “A first son is an heir to titles, power, and fortune, and a second is, therefore, a spare, should anything happen to the first-born.”
The overarching theme of the prince’s book is his resentment of being the spare. His life is explored through various chapters that describe his upbringing, education, a career as a royal and in the British army, his relationship with his parents and brother, and his life with his wife.
