According to a notification released by Fulton County, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and her husband, former NFL player Kroy Biermann, had their Alpharetta mansion put into foreclosure on Oct. 23 after they failed to make payments on a $1.65 million loan they took out on it.
On March 7, Trust Bank intended to hold an auction in front of the Fulton County Courthouse.
The matter has been settled, a source close to the Bravo personalities told PEOPLE on Friday, adding, “The pair has taken action to clear things up.”
The auction’s cancellation on February 22 was confirmed by the law firm of Brock & Scott, PLLC, to Entertainment Tonight.

March 7, when the house was scheduled to be put up for auction, was the day Ariana added, “We’ll see what happens.” “Keep it tuned.”
Kim Zolciak has maintained that the situation with the bank was a miscommunication and that she is working to rectify the issue. She has reportedly been in contact with the bank and is confident that the issue will be resolved soon. Zolciak is said to be optimistic about the outcome and is working hard to ensure that the foreclosure notice does not go through.
