“She wanted me to put it out”: Rihanna Reportedly Didn’t Want Her Baby’s Photo Leaked to Public, Beat Paparazzi By Leaking Them Herself to Jason Lee
Since the birth of Rihanna’s first baby back in May, it has become the highlight of this year for her fans. And only a few days ago, she finally shared a glimpse of her baby via TikTok. The fans are super excited and according to them, the baby looks just like what is expected of a Fenty baby. Following that some photos of the baby were also shared by the Pop culture news platform Hollywood Unlocked.
However recently it came to light that releasing the TikTok videos and the pictures of the baby was never the plan at all. Reportedly, the We Found Love singer was forced to take matters into her own hands. According to Hollywood Unlocked CEO Jason Lee, Paparazzi took “unauthorized” pictures of the singer’s baby. And therefore Rihanna had to take the decision sooner than planned.
Rihanna Was Forced to Release Pictures of Her baby
Although fans were very excited to finally see Rihanna and Asap Rocky’s baby, it was actually not her plan to reveal the face just yet. On Saturday, she shared a video of her little baby via a TikTok video, and around the same time photos of the baby were also released by Hollywood Unlocked. However, it had not been Rihanna’s actual plan. Rather, she was forced to reveal her baby’s face after the Paparazzi were successful in taking “unauthorized pictures”.
Jason Lee, CEO of Hollywood Unlocked recently explained what actually happened via Twitter. He shared that the Fenty Beauty owner had “FaceTimed” him first. And then told him that the Paparazzi took “unauthorized pictures” of her baby. And they had even threatened to leak the pictures. Therefore as Lee wrote, “So she said if anyone was going to put it out she wanted me to.” Clearly, the Only Girl in The World singer was not left with any choice but to take matters into her own hands.
Fans Are Loving “Baby Fenty”
Although it was not Rihanna’s original plan to reveal her baby, it was still a great treat for her fans. At the moment it is not clear if the baby has been named yet or not. Neither Asap Rocky nor Rihanna have confirmed anything regarding the name. The baby was born in May and the Work singer’s pregnancy was announced in January.
And until recently, the couple tried their best to not post or reveal much about their baby. In the TikTok video, Rihanna can be heard asking the baby, “You’re trying to get mommy’s phone?”
And following that fans have expressed their happiness on social media since. One fan wrote, “Baby Fenty is the spitting image of Rihanna.” Publicist Tenille Clark also agreed by tweeting, “That is definitely Rihanna’s baby”. From the fans’ reaction, it is clear that everyone is excited to get a glimpse of her baby.
