Ryan Gosling Steals the Spotlight From Margot Robbie in ‘Barbie’ With His Acting Masterclass
All social media are flooded with memes about the upcoming Ryan Gosling’s Barbie movie which is releasing in parallel to Christoper Nolna’s biographical thriller, Oppenheimer.
However, if we look at the other side, the movie has got enough promotions too, and it became possible only with a release date. Besides that, the movie already has a long-lasting legacy of being among the most beloved franchises for many decades too.

The Gray Man star is leading the movie appearing as Margot Robbie‘s male companion doll. The new Ken doll made its first appearance in the movie by coming as an accessory alongside a main Mattel Toy.

Many fans have reacted to his appearance from different perspectives and there were a set of fans who said that the star isn’t a great fit for this role considering his age.
On the other hand, we have other fans who say that the 42-year-old actor has managed to make a right fit role and in fact, the star was able to prove himself to have a perfect so-called “Ken energy” in the movie. This was because of him being “flawlessly funny” in the movie.
The fun fact about the movie is that even though Roobie, the female Hollywood star known for her roles in DCEU blockbusters like The Legend of Tarzan and Harley Quinn, is the leading star, it’s Ken played by La La Land star who will steal the entire movie with his humor.

This time, the movie is not going to be the same as other Barbie movies like Barbie and the Three Musketeers, Barbie Presents: Thumbelina, Barbie in A Christmas Carol, Barbie & the Diamond Castle, and even the first-ever released Barbie movie, Barbie in the Nutcracker, but in fact, this movie will be differentiated from its predecessor with adding some adult humor to get attention from the younger audience.
To attract young viewers the movie will also have songs by Dua Lipa and Charlie XCX, Matchbox Twenty. Also, there is a sense of feminism added in the plot which we have covered with detailed explanations in the next section.

Barbie’s Intriguing Plot Will Give You a Taste of Feminism
As far as the plot is concerned, the movie is expected to have an existential plot taking place in a fictional Barbie land where the duo lead character lives.
The plot gives a taste of feminism too where all the characters in the fictional world used to think “all problems of feminism have been solved” In Barbie Land most of the powers like becoming a president, doctors, Supreme Court justices, and homeowners given to women.
Ken was only existing in the world to serve these powerful Barbie in the land. However, one of the main Barbie (played by Robbie) started to malfunction and she was getting thoughts about her dying, so to get a solution for this she sets off to the real world with Ken.
