Sacha Baron Cohen Rumored to Bring Back His Most Iconic and Offensive Ali G Alter Ego That Might Ruffle a Few Feathers

British actor Sacha Baron Cohen is widely known for his portrayal of the character Ali G. Starting to appear as Ali G in the British TV show The 11 O’Clock Show on Channel 4 in late 1998, Cohen won the award for Best Newcomer at the 1999 British Comedy Awards. Sacha Baron Cohen Might Be Working on a New Ali G Project

Sacha Baron Cohen reprising his role as Ali G is going to be a big deal for his fans who have waited all these years for him to bring the character back to life. In a podcast named The Hot Mic with Jeff Sneider and John Rocha on YouTube, Jeff Sneider made the revelation that Cohen is working on new Ali G projects.

Sneider was rather vague about this new project which he believes is going to be a film rather than a TV series. During the podcast, he said:

“I think there’s even people in the comments who are like, ‘Who’s Ali G?'” I do think he can manage to prank a lot of people. I just think we need more comedies in general. This weekend, No Hard Feelings is tracking for a $12 million opening, and that’s not going to get Hollywood excited about making more comedies, but it takes people like Sacha Baron Cohen who can go and do their own thing, and don’t need permission or whatever.”

Sacha Baron Cohen is very well-known for secretly orchestrating his projects until he deems them ready for release. Although the details of this upcoming Ali G project are not known yet, the news that there is going to be a new project has excited fans all over the world.
