DC’s Doom Patrol Debuts With 94% Rotten Tomatoes Rating
DC’s newest series Doom Patrol is the latest superhero adventure entry. Doom Patrol is currently sitting at an incredible 94% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and it has been certified “fresh”. There are 32 reviews on the website in total until now, with 30 being fresh, while just a couple being Rotten. This will certainly change in the future, nevertheless, Doom Patrol is off to a great start. The score puts Doom Patrol in direct competition with Netflix’s Daredevil which has rated 97 per cent on Rotten Tomatoes.

First appearing in DC’s Titans, the Doom Patrol were tied in through their comic book mate, Beast Boy. Although they only appeared in a single episode, their appearance gave fans a preview of what should be expected from Doom Patrol. The team of heroes are joined by Cyborg, and the swap doesn’t seem to affect the dynamics of the characters.

Apart from Doom Patrol, DC Universe is set to feature shows on Swamp Thing, Stargirl, along with the second season of Titans. Reports also suggest that Doom Patrol has already received a green light for a second season.
