While some reports claim the 30-year-old singer was angry about “running late”, others argued she was “defend[ing] her fans” from the bodyguard after he was allegedly “rough” with them.
“Selena Gomez got mad because the security guard violently pushed a girl during Beyonce’s concert,” one fan claimed about the allegedly tense moment.
Gomez was one of several famous people who attended Beyoncé’s performance, which took place two weeks after the start of her tour on May 10.

The singer of Good for You recently published a ton of pictures on her Instagram page, offering internet users a peek into her trip to Paris. The pictures Gomez released show her sitting at what appears to be a restaurant while sporting a casual yet stylish outfit. As she posed for pictures, the founder of Rare Beauty was seen radiating happiness and confidence. Selena was spotted wearing a grey blazer over a deep-blue turtleneck. She paired the turtleneck with a distressed pair of jeans. She accessorized with a set of gold hoop earrings, a pair of sunglasses, and a sleek bun of hair.
She hadn’t posted on social media for a month as a result of fans’ persistent attempts to start a fight between her and Hailey Bieber. In order to stop the hate-filled abuse Hailey was experiencing, Gomez had to speak out against it and push her supporters to do the same.
The following statement was made by Gomez on her Instagram Story in March: “Hailey Bieber reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity.”
“This isn’t what I stand for,” Gomez wrote. “No one should have to experience hate or bullying. I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop.”
Fortunately, the two women talked things out and now get along well.
Gomez and actor Edgar Ramirez attended the Beyoncé concert, but there are rumors that she is seeing former One Direction member Zayn Malik.
