According to sources, Witherspoon also officially filed for her divorce from Toth in the Nashville court.
Before getting married to Jim Toth back in 2011, Witherspoon was in a relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal. However, the couple allegedly didn’t see eye to eye on matters and the relationship finally ended when Witherspoon broke up with Gyllenhaal.

Witherspoon first started dating Jim Toth back in 2010 after she broke up with Jake Gyllenhaal. The couple got married back in March 2011 at her ranch in Ojai, California.
