“She had the biggest entourage I’ve ever seen”: Jennifer Lopez’s Problems Multiply as TV Personality Claims Even Kim Kardashian is More Pleasant Than the Singer
Often known as Queen of Dance, Jennifer Lopez, or J.Lo, is regarded as one of the most influential artists worldwide. Her constant efforts broke barriers for Latino Americans in the industry. The singer-songwriter-actress and businesswoman has had a massive impact on pop culture through her music, fashion, beauty standards, and branding.
Jennifer Lopez recently announced that she has decided to cancel her This Is Me…Live summer tour as she would like to spend some time with her family and noted that she is heartsick about the decision. The announcement did not surprise many fans since reports of poor ticket sales had been making the rounds for a few weeks now. However, recently, a columnist shared her experience of interacting with the singer, and it’s not what her fans would like to hear.
Meghan McCain claims Jennifer Lopez is a ‘deeply unpleasant person’
TV personality, columnist, and author Meghan McCain spoke during a recent episode of her and Miranda Wikins’ podcast Citizen McCain about the status of Jennifer Lopez and TV producer Carlos King. McCain shared that she had the chance to interact with Jennifer Lopez on The View. She added (Via EW)
I, too, share similar negative stories that the entire world does. I feel bad because we’re turning a point where there’s bullying happening to J.Lo. She is just a deeply unpleasant person. She had the biggest entourage I’ve ever seen. More than Kim Kardashian and the president. I just don’t really understand why it was needed.
The statement comes after McCain shared on her TikTok that the singer was one of her least favorite guests who appeared on The View. She later revealed that she allegedly got the video deleted from the platform, adding that they are beefing with her right now. The video was back online after the team filed an appeal.
McCain recalled that the singer had a staff member holding a mirror with lights while she was getting ready backstage when she appeared on The View. The host mentioned during the episode,
I was a host at The View; she was not nice. You don’t always have to be so nice, but it was surprising that people like Kim Kardashian couldn’t be more delightful. When you’re coming on a show for a 10-minute segment, just fake it till you make it for 10 f****ing minutes.
Carlos King, on the other hand, only had good things to say about JLo, stating that he’s been a huge fan of hers and has met her in the past when she was promoting her single in 2001, I’m Real with Ja Rule. He said that she was so nice and didn’t have a big entourage. He also added that she is a hard worker, and he was shocked to see that people weren’t buying tickets to her concert now.
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are reportedly selling their house
According to reports from Hola Magazine, the reunited couple is selling the house they bought after their wedding, which goes on to fuel the rumors of them heading for a divorce. The magazine reports that TMZ claimed that the house is up for potential buyers to view via real estate agent Santiago Arana of The Agency in California.
It was reported a few weeks ago that Lopez and Ben Affleck have been living separately for a while now. A source close to the singer shared with the publication,
They simply have very different approaches when it comes to media attention. Ben hates attention, and that makes him very uncomfortable. Jennifer has always had a different approach.
After she canceled the summer tour, the singer took to her newsletter to address the negative thoughts out there and thanked her fans for their support. She wrote (via People),
It may seem like there’s a lot of negativity out in the world right now, but don’t let the voices of a few drown out the fact that there is so much love out there. Thank you. I love you.
Lopez also thanked her fans for making her Netflix movie Atlas peak at the number one spot again. She described the movie as a brilliant but misanthropic data analyst with a deep distrust of artificial intelligence.
