Recently after Brooklyn Beckham’s (23) wedding with Nicole Peltz (28), things started going downhill for the family. Brooklyn Beckham’s mother, Victoria Beckham seems to be suffering the most due to the growing distance.
The Beckham family losing touch with son Brooklyn Beckham
Victoria Beckham is not happy to see the growing differences between her son Brooklyn Beckham and her family. It has been reported by a source that the Beckham family missed Brooklyn during Christmas. Brooklyn Beckham’s siblings Romeo, 20, Cruz, 17, and Harper, 11, miss their brother dearly. The insider shared “The kids constantly talk about how much they miss Brooklyn”.
Heat magazine’s source shared that the mother of four is desperate to have her son back. There has been a plot shift in April 2022, when the eldest son married Nicole Peltz and a feud emerged between Victoria and Nicole, as mentioned by the insider. The fashion designer is frustrated over not being able to mend her bond with the Transformers actor, and thus losing contact with her son.
The source revealed “Family and friends are worried this is all going to devastate Vic – she’s already tearful and feeling really hurt by it. She really feels as though their family unit is being broken apart.”
Nicole Peltz and Victoria Beckham’s feud took a toll on the Beckham family
The alleged squabble between the women emerged at Nicole and Brooklyn’s wedding when the bride reportedly refused to wear Victoria Beckham’s designed dress. The fashion designer took it as a personal insult and therefore the feud began. Further, as a revolt, it was also reported that Victoria Beckham hijacked the first song to which Brooklyn and Nicole were supposed to dance. This move from the mother-in-law’s end was considered petty by Nicole and thus she stormed out of her own reception, creating a big mess.
Since the wedding things haven’t gotten easy between Nicole Peltz and Victoria Beckham. The insider told Heat magazine “Nicola makes most of the decisions now on where Brooklyn spends his time, and he just follows her around like a puppy.”
The source further revealed, “It seems that Nicola has now encouraged Brooklyn to have a Beckham family ban when it comes to Instagram – which is why they’ve only been posting about themselves and their new gang of cool friends.”
There have been further rumors of Victoria Beckham consulting a mediator who can resolve conflicts between family members with lawsuits involved. The fashion designer seems desperate to resolve her family fallouts.
