Grammy-winning singer Taylor Swift has recently been in talks about her breakup with actor Joe Alwyn. The couple first got together more than six years ago and kept their relationship fairly private initially. However, they soon started making public appearances and confirmed their relationship. Things were going smoothly for the star couple before April 2023.
It was soon revealed that they have mutually decided to part ways and there is no bad blood between the exes. And seems like the Lavender Haze singer is taking some time off to hang out with her girl squad after her breakup, as she was spotted in New York City with her best friends and sisters.
Taylor Swift Turns to Her Girl Squad After Breakup
Taylor Swift was recently spotted spending time with her best friends and sisters in New York City. The singer, along with her best friends, Blake Lively and Gigi Hadid, and sisters Este, Danielle, and Alana Haim, was spotted on her way to the private club Zero Bond in the Big Apple.
The Anti Hero singer opted for a black mini dress with matching leather loafers and a plum-colored purse along with her signature red lip. She was reportedly on a girls’ night out, as she has been spending a lot of time with her friends after her split from Alwyn.
Her squad also took put on their best looks. Gigi Hadid went out with a complete denim look, and Lively also rocked in high vested jeans with a black top along with a vest. Swift’s sisters appeared dressed in black dresses with leather jackets and knee-high boots.
Taylor Swift Does Not Seem Heartbroken
Earlier reports have suggested that Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn’s split was not dramatic and their relationship just “ran its course.” As the Lover singer was spotted before her girls’ night out, Swift did not seem heartbroken. She has been seen going out on dinners with her friends in New York City.
After the news of her split from the English actor broke out, she was also seen with musician Jack Antonoff, who collaborated with her in her recent album Midnights. Antonoff’s fiance also joined them as they went out to dine at an Italian restaurant, Via Carota. However, Swift has not said anything about her split yet. She was also seen going on a night out with her friend Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, earlier this month.
