But the rumor surrounding Marvel’s biggest upcoming project Avengers: Secret Wars is something that every fan wants an update on. Shawn Levy the director of the Deadpool 3 movie that cast Ryan Reynolds as the main role is in the center of the stage.
The director of Stranger Things Shawn Levy is in talks again after he finished filming Jack Hughman and Ryan Reynolds’s Deadpool 3. It is reported that the director had a hunch for Avengers: Secret Wars but did not reveal anything openly regarding this matter in front of the Marvel fans.
Deadpool 3 Director’s Silence on Avengers: Secret Wars
Fans are super curious to hear about the rumor surrounding Marvel’s upcoming and one of the biggest projects ever which includes the director of Stanger Things. Shawn Levy was rumored to be the director for Avengers: Secret Wars but nothing has been confirmed yet as this small piece was enough to create a buzz among the entire Marvel fanbase. This upcoming Marvel movie is undoubtedly going to be marvellous and this is the reason why everyone is curious to know which director is involved in this project. At the Toronto International Film Festival, the filmmaker told ET Canada:
“I’ve read those rumors, and that’s all I’m going to say.”
The director did not elaborate much about the rumor surrounding his direction in Avengers: Secret Wars and played his cards close to the chest about this project. Levy then continued to talk about his recent and upcoming work in Deadpool 3 which includes Ryan Reynolds in the main role. Shawn Levy has worked on 10 episodes of Stranger Things and is supposed to be working on the next seasons too. And as for the Avengers: Secret Wars, the director’s chair is still empty as Levy refused to confirm any information from his side as a director.
Deadpool 3 Will Let Fans Witness Deadpool and Wolverine Joining Forces
Next year’s going to be smashing for Marvel fans as they are eagerly waiting to see Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman together with their iconic roles sharing one screen. Reynolds as Deadpool and Jackman as Wolverine will be seen together fighting in the upcoming Shawn Levy’s Deadpool 3. Fans couldn’t hold back when they witnessed the first picture of Deadpool and Wolverine together which went viral in minutes on all social media platforms. It might be a bit saddening that the movie is delayed due to the Hollywood strikes but the anticipation took over.
Rumors were also there about Deadpool 3 and Avenger: Secret Wars being connected. It was reported that the upcoming and much-anticipated hit will have a location that is linked with Avengers: Secret Wars and can have a vital impact on the movie. Deadpool 3 is rumored to have Secret War‘s battleworld. However, nothing has been disclosed about how this is going to happen in Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman’s movie and if it happens it will be linked to the Avengers 6 movie. As of now, fans are focusing a bit more on Deadpool 3 as the movie is on the way to the theatres next year.
Deadpool 3 is set for release on May 3, 2024.
