Does Grant Ellis propose to Alexe Godin at the end of The Bachelor Season 29?
Grant Ellis was a contestant on the twenty-first season of the reality TV game show The Bachelorette featuring Jenn Tran. He is a 31-year-old day trader from Newark, New Jersey, and in that show, he revealed that it was his life mission to find a wife and become a father.
Ellis finished in the fifth position in that season, but luckily, he was announced as the new Bachelor immediately. In September 2024, TV Insider revealed the 27 potential contestants for The Bachelor Season 29 which would bring Ellis one step closer to achieving his dream of having a family.
Earlier this month, Variety revealed the final 25 women who would be competing for the place in Ellis’ heart. Alexe Godin, a 27-year-old pediatric speech therapist from New Brunswick, Canada, won the first impression rose in the first episode and as host Jesse Palmer had revealed, the first one-on-one date with Ellis.
The question that arises is whether or not Godin will also be the recipient of the final rose. On his official website, Reality Steve revealed that Alexe Godin was eliminated right before Ellis went on his hometown dates. In an Instagram post, Reality Steve revealed that Juliana Pasquarosa, Litia Garr, and Zoe McGrady were the three final women.

Well it’s not often that you’re dating multiple people at once. That was a first for me. And the women were so great this season, that the choice was difficult. Throughout the season, you’ll see the connections form. And I’ll leave it up to the viewer to decide what their opinion is. But for me, I really tried to take my time and make sure I made the right choice.
That answer alone shows why he became a fan-favorite contestant on The Bachelorette Season 21. He also revealed that his go-to karaoke song would be John Legend’s All of Me and that he has rekindled his relationship with his father who embarked on his sobriety journey recently.
