“The truly single worst experience I’ve ever had”: Casey Wilson Claims Tim Allen Was a “B**ch” to Work With in ‘The Santa Clauses’
Celebrities often share their experiences with co-stars after working with them initially. Actress Casey Wilson known for her work in the sitcom Happy Endings revealed her “worst” experience working with Tim Allen.
Tim Allen and his co-star Casey Wilson starred in the Disney+ series The Santa Clauses which is the spinoff of Allen’s holiday trilogy. In a Spotify podcast, the Marry Me star revealed that Allen was extremely rude and unbearable to work with on the sets of the spinoff.
Casey Wilson Bashes The Santa Clause Star Tim Allen
Actor Tim Allen is lauded for his work and leading role in The Santa Clause movies whose success has led to a spinoff streaming on Disney+. However, unlike fans, Casey Wilson isn’t commending Allen after co-starring with him. The Black Monday star on her Spotify podcast Bitch Sesh said that “Tim Allen was such a bitch” and she only worked in The Santa Clauses because her children loved the movie. She also mentioned that working with Tim Allen “was the truly single worst experience I’ve ever had with a co-star ever”.

While talking to her guest Danny Pellegrino, Wilson mentioned that she only worked in one home invasion scene with Allen in which he asked the producer to stop the Gone Girl star which Wilson found quite rude. She added:
“So I’m throwing things at him. [Allen] goes over to the producer who is standing four feet from me and goes, and I hear him, he goes, ‘You gotta tell her to stop stepping on my lines.’ The producer turns to me with horror on his face and has to walk one foot to me and he goes, ‘Um, Tim would ask that you stop stepping on his lines.”
Wilson explained the scene to her guest stating that Tim Allen’s behaviour on the set was unbearable and that she never had such an experience in her career before. The actress revealed that the Zoom star made the atmosphere quite tense on the sets.
Casey Willson Praises Tim Allen’s Replacement in The Santa Clauses
Another noteworthy moment Casey Wilson shared was about Tim Allen’s departure from the sets. The actress said it was “fu**ing rude” and “[He] never made eye contact, never said anything. It was so uncomfortable” while explaining how the actor weirdly exited the show.
While Wilson was filming a close-up shot, Allen shouted “leaving” and without informing the cast and crew members of The Santa Clauses, he abruptly left. The Bride Wars star added:
“[He] takes his Santa cape, picks it up, drops it on the floor, and walks out…And they hustle in his stand-in — lovely man — who was much nicer to act against. People are scurrying to pick up his velvet Santa coat. He’s a bitch.”
Tim Allen was then replaced by another actor and Casey Wilson found him much nicer compared to what she dealt and experienced with the Wild Hogs star while filming just one scene.
