The World is Not Ready for Andrew Garfield Breaking Silence on His Spider-Man Return

Andrew Garfield has played many iconic roles in his career spanning nearly two decades, but nothing seems to come close to his role as Spider-Man. He first gained international recognition for his role in the drama The Social Network and quickly rose through the ranks when he landed the role of the web-slinger that has had everyone’s hearts for decades.

Garfield’s The Amazing Spider-Man movies is not considered the best among the three big banner film adaptations of the character.

In all the years following his role as Spider-Man in the threequel of The Amazing Spider-Man trilogy, Garfield is often asked if he will put on the suit again. It is no secret that he put on the suit again, as did Tobey Maguire, who portrayed Spidey in Sam Raimi’s take on the superhero.

These days Garfield is busy promoting his romantic comedy-drama film We Live in Time. During the film’s premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival recently, the actor spoke to Indie Wire. When asked if he will appear in the fourth Spider-Man movie which stars Tom Holland as the lead character, the Hacksaw Ridge actor said:

I mean, like the internet is a big place. I think there’s a lot of people who will just say anything to get clicks. So you might have been duped, I’m afraid.

They are very stoked to see the vulnerable side of Peter which will be seen in the upcoming movie since his friends do not have any memory of him, and Tony Stark is also no more.
