A couple of days ago, the singer posted a video on Instagram with a cryptic caption where she offered a glimpse of what she will be getting tattooed. Later, she posted a picture of her with her former boyfriend, Justin Timberlake, which was later deleted on Instagram.
It did not take long for the fans to assume by co-relating both posts that she had a tattoo for her ex-boyfriend. Although it lasted only a short while, she responded to her Instagram family regarding the connection between her new tattoo and her ex-boyfriend.

Aside from her bizarre Instagram posts, Britney Spears, 41, has made a bold move on Instagram as she came forward to squash all the rumors that sparked after her new heart-shaped tattoo act, and said that her ex-beau, Justine Timberlake has no connection with it.
The Hold Me Closer hitmaker took to Instagram yesterday and clapped back at the rumors by posting a quick Instagram story, writing,
“Just to clarify… my tattoo had nothing to do with an ex in the past!!! I simply did it because I wanted to!!! The pic with my ex is a time where there was less confusion on what it meant to be together… it is what it is!!!”
After revealing a new tattoo on her arm during a recent trip to Hawaii, she immediately regretted it. Having shared some throwback snaps of her and the Cry Me a River singer, the 41-year-old singer right after displayed her new tattoo, leading fans to speculate that they might be related, but she has made her point clear now.

The Hold Me Closer singer recently shocked her fans with another move as she changed the name of her Instagram handle and set it to “River Red”; however, the user name is still “britneyspears.” There was a video posted via the singer’s Instagram handle two days ago in which she appeared excited about getting a new tattoo. However, her caption for the post was precisely the opposite, which somehow tied back to rumors that she had a tattoo for her ex-boyfriend.
She captioned the post,
“Tattoo in Maui 3 days ago !!! Can’t show it because it s*cks !!! Like really really s*cks !!! S-*hit!!! Psss … I have to fix it!!!”
According to the caption, she was to be judged by her fans, and just that happened. To avoid the trolls, the singer disabled her comment section, but her post still caught the attention of many people. In the early 1990s, the pop sensation met Timberlake while filming The Mickey Mouse Club. Their relationship lasted until 2002, after they confirmed their relationship in the late 1990s. Nevertheless, the singer is quite happy with her now-husband, Sam Asghari.
