Kim Kardashian reportedly bought a $70 million beach house in Malibu near Kanye West’s residence. The rapper is happy with her decision and has offered to help her in setting up her house. However, the socialite has politely declined his offer as she wants to handle the situation herself. This decision will be beneficial for their children as their father will be close to them. The two share four children, North, Saint, Psalm, and Chicago. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West got married in 2014 but Kim Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021 and in March 2022, their marriage officially ended and the socialite was legally single again.
Kanye West offered to help Kim Kardashian
Rapper Kanye West has offered to help Kim Kardashian in renovating and setting up her house as she bought a $70 million house in Malibu near the rapper’s house. However, a source claimed that the SKIMS mogul wants to handle the situation herself,
“Kanye has offered to help Kim renovate but she feels like handling things on her own. As much as she appreciates the gesture, she’d prefer to handle this alone.”
As per the source, this is the first home she’s purchased on her own since the split so she wants to decorate it as per her own taste.
Kanye West is satisfied with her decision
Kanye West apparently wanted her to live close to his residence as it will be easier for him to meet his children. The two share four children, North, Saint, Psalm, and Chicago. An insider revealed,
“Kanye is happy for Kim that she also found a place in Malibu. There’s still enough privacy and distance between them that it would never be an issue of too close for comfort.”
Kim Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021 and in March 2022, their marriage officially came to an end. The socialite dated comedian Pete Davidson after her split from the rapper.
Kim Kardashian consulted the rapper before buying the property
An insider explained that Kim Kardashian “consulted” the Stronger singer before buying the property as living close to each other will make co-parenting their four kids easier. The insider said,
“Kanye and Kim have been able to meet in the middle lately when it comes to decisions about their kids, and this has made things so much easier. Most important to them is that their children know how much they are loved by both parents. This purchase truly shows unity, and the house is pretty much perfect as is.”
There are rumors that Kanye West is currently dating South African model Candice Swanepoel while Kim Kardashian recently broke up with comedian Pete Davidson. Sources say that she is focusing on her ventures as of now.
