Things started to get on the wrong side when the NFL player decided to dedicate himself to his professional career by un-retiring which eventually ruined his personal life.
Their relationship is said to kick off in 2006 and is now on the verge of falling apart. As per the new reports, the estranged pair has been preparing for a divorce lawsuit and has apparently hired lawyers for the same.

The estranged couple, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen started their relationship in 2006 when they were introduced on a blind date with the supermodel sharing how she “literally fell in love right away.”
The couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in 2009 living life happily ever after, however, things didn’t turn out that great. The estranged couple reportedly got into an “epic fight” that took on a toll on their marriage with the supermodel leaving the player.
Back in February this year, the 45-year-old NFL player announced his retirement from the game and committed to focusing on his family instead. Though things went south as just six weeks later, he announced that he is returning to the game.
PEOPLE reported that his wife was disheartened with the player unretiring from the NFL. “She was so happy when he announced his retirement, and she wasn’t thrilled at all when he went back on that,” a source shared. Many reports claimed that their relationship is “beyond repair” as they had decided to put an end to their marriage.
Gisele Bündchen Reportedly Hired a Lawyer To Have an Upper Hand in Divorce

The 42-year-old Victoria’s Secret supermodel has hired the top divorce lawyer, Tom Sasser, the managing partner of the law firm of Sasser, Cestero & Roy in Florida to help her in the divorce proceedings.
As per the reports by PageSix, the attorney has a history of handling high-profile clients including Tiger Woods in his divorce with Elin Nordegren.
He has also represented Jeff Gordon in the latter’s 2003 divorce from his wife Brooke over his net worth which was eventually settled.
The Estranged Couple is Ready to Fight!
According to an insider, both the stars are getting ready for their divorce battle which is not nice in any case. “Things are very nasty between Tom and Gisele because of the lawyers. They are ready for a fight.”
The source further shared that they are going to be fighting over their shared possessions as they had already decided on joint custody over their two children, 12-year-old son Benjamin, and 9-year-old daughter Vivian. “But it will take some time to divide their immense wealth and property all over the world.”
“I don’t think there will be any coming back now. They both have lawyers and are looking at what a split will entail, who gets what and what the finances will be,” a source added.
This went wrong as Brady’s retirement was meant for him to give time to his family however his decision to un-retire was not what the couple decided on. That made the model furious who then decided to put an end to their relationship.
