For a few days, the entire Hollywood industry has been on fire after thousands of actors and writers joined together to take movement against the continuing fuss between the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) union and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP).
For the very first time after decades, the Hollywood industry is facing such a massive strike. The strike was announced right after (SAG-AFTRA) failed in four weeks prolonging negotiations with the production studios to make it fair for the human writers and actors in the industry.
The reason behind such a massive strike was viewing the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) which is now been primarily used in production houses and streaming services like Netflix, Warner Bros, NBC Universal, and Paramount impacting the pay and job security of the writers and actors in the industry.
All of these production houses and streaming services come under the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP).
Christopher Nolan shows his support for Hollywood Strike
The producer of Oppenheimer has shown his support to all the actors as well as writers who are part of the strike. After the strike was announced officially, the Hollywood superstar stepped out between the premiering of his latest movie, Oppenheimer in London.
After being asked, Christopher Nolan responds by showing his support for the ongoing strike alongside stating that he won’t be producing any such movie from his side until and unless there is a solution made for the ongoing strike.

“No, absolutely. It’s very important that everybody understands it is a very key moment in the relationship between working people and Hollywood. This is not about me, this is not about the stars of my film. This is about jobbing actors, this is about staff writers on television programs trying to raise a family, trying to keep food on the table.” He said to the media.
During the special screening of the new movie, the Inception‘s director also expressed caution regarding the rapidly developing Artificial Intelligence space which can end up impacting the entire filming industry.

Nolan has been known for his best complex plotline. After his recent movie, Oppenheimer got released. Many fans are quite excited to see how this thought has been put up in the form of a movie.
To give readers a small glimpse of the movie, the plot of the movie gives its major focus on the character named J. Robert Oppenheimer who is responsible for making the first-ever nuclear bomb under the Manhattan Project.

The movie first made its way to theatres on the 11th of July. The UK and USA release for the movie has been set on the 21st of July.
