Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos exchanged vows on May 1, 1996. Since then, they’ve been going strong for more than 20 years. Since then, the beloved couple has welcomed three children: Joaquin Antonio Michael Joseph, and Lola Grace. The couple never shies away from talking openly about their relationship. The host of Live with Kelly and Ryan revealed in August 2018 that she actually fell in love with Consuelos at first sight, and it was all because of a photo she saw on the set of All My Children. The author of Live Wire: Long-Winded Short Stories reveals that the person who mastered the art of oversharing actually had a lot more to say.

She has evolved into one of the most likable and successful women on TV while enduring the ups and downs of her 26-year marriage to actor Consuelos and raising their three kids. She has worked at Live! for 22 years. Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos worked hard to maintain their bond

Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa have been apart while he was under quarantine in Vancouver filming Riverdale and Ripa in New York, but they still openly were expressing their love for each other. Consuelos made a statement on Instagram expressing how much he “misses his home team.” He also echoed the sentiment, “he can’t sleep without her,” during a remote appearance on Live with Kelly and Ryan on the occasion of his wife’s 50th birthday. She claims that her collection of short stories about her life “is meant to be a thrill ride, a little bit of a rollercoaster, a little laughter.” However, she also expresses the wish that readers consider things from a different perspective than what they believed they knew.

The same holds true for telling tales about Consuelos—and how they’ve managed to maintain their spark. When she looks back, Ripa admits that she was “too young to get married! On paper, it shouldn’t have succeeded, so we put a lot of effort into making it succeed.” They fought for their marriage when it would have been easier to give up and declare it to be over.
