In the ever-happening realm of celebrity life, infamous quarterback Tom Brady is making substantial efforts toward his new life as a bachelor. For one, he is spending a fortune on a luxurious Miami mansion.
Brady went through a brutal divorce with Brazilian model Gisele Bundchen, with whom he shares two children. Once the power couple of the entertainment world, the couple shook their fans when they announced their separation. He now seems to be going all out to start this new chapter of his life.
Tom Brady’s Extravagant Miami Mansion
Recent reports suggest that NFL legend Tom Brady’s new residence, an opulent mansion in Miami, is in the last stages of construction. Estimates are being made that upon completion, the former footballer will be spending a whopping $11.5 million on the property (via TMZ).
Warranting the price it costs, the mansion includes a stunning waterfront, a large pool, a spa, a tree-lined driveway, a basketball court, multiple gyms, and a capacious garage for the large collection of luxury cars Brady owns. Situated on the luxurious Creek Island, the property is being protected by a thirteen-person police force.
One would wonder if the property is worth splurging such a large amount on. Apart from the aforementioned features, the mansion overlooks a golf course and is situated in one of the richest neighborhoods. Brady will have notable figures like Jeff Bezos and Ivanka Trump as his neighbors. The former Patriots quarterback acquired this mansion in 2020 for $17 million. He was still married to Gisele Bundchen at the time.
