But Tom Cruise, who is known for his fearless attitude, became concerned when filming a sequence in Rome for the upcoming Mission Impossible film.
Which action sequence was Tom Cruise concerned about?

He has attempted everything, including motorcycle cliff jumps, airplane jumps, and the highly deadly sport of speed flying in Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part 1.
But even the daredevil was hesitant to perform a stunt with a BMW. Cruise had a major issue when it came to the one-handed BMW car chase that was shot in Rome for Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning, Part 1.
Cruise and director Christopher McQuarrie discussed the difficulties they faced when filming the BMW stunt sequence during the press tour they had in Rome for the movie. The fact that Cruise’s character was chained to Hayley Atwell in this action-packed scene made the driving techniques even more challenging.
What was Tom Cruise’s main concern with the one-handed BMW stunt?
The actor, who is never afraid to pull off a deadly stunt and is always jumping at the opportunity to literally jump off of cliffs, airplanes, and high-rise buildings, was actually concerned while shooting a one-handed BMW car chase scene.
In the scene, Tom Cruise had to drive a BMW with one hand as he was handcuffed to his co-star Hayley Atwell for an intense fight scene. Regarding the scene, Cruise shared his unforeseen major concern. Cruise was actually scared that he might hit the buildings while driving with one hand as the roads in Rome were very narrow. Cruise added, “Of course, I did not want to hit anything. … I don’t know how people feel about scooters in Rome, but we took out a few scooters.”
The fact that Cruise was worried about a stunt just goes to highlight how action-packed the film will be. It makes sense why fans are getting excited.
