Holland is one of the most admired actors of the current generation because of his honesty, apart from acting, of course. The actor has previously opened up about struggling with alcohol during his interview with Jay Shetty, which a lot of fans could relate to. He has now launched a non-alcoholic beer, with a very observant principle behind it.

Tom Holland says his non-alcoholic beer, ‘Bero’ reflects his lifestyle and values

Spider-Man actor Tom Holland becomes the latest addition to the list of celebrities who have launched non-alcoholic spirits, as he launched his non-alcoholic beer called Bero. According to Variety, Holland stated,

For me, Bero is personal. After two years on my sobriety journey, I wanted to create something that reflected my lifestyle and values. This beer isn’t just for those on a similar path, but for everyone who appreciates quality, craftsmanship, and living life to the fullest. Bero delivers the taste and experience of a great brew and never asks you to settle for less.

In his recent interview with Rich Roll, the actor opened up about creating a non-alcoholic beer. Holland shared that he’s been approached numerous times by different companies to set up something, whether it’s an alcohol, rum, vodka, or even a clothing line, but nothing sparked any sense of passion in him. The actor further added,

It wasn’t until I got sober that I was dealing with the struggles of getting through that every day, and I noticed a void where there weren’t good enough replacements for people like me who wanted to go to the pub and enjoy the social aspects of it.

The young actor mentioned that he thought to himself that it’d be great if he could turn not only his sobriety into a great thing for his lifestyle but a great thing for his future as well. He noted that he made this for people who are trying to achieve the same thing as him but also for people like his father, who likes to have a beer after work.

Tom Holland has shared that Bero was developed with a desire to create something meaningful—a way to celebrate and connect without compromise. He added in his message that he wanted to craft an alternative that brings sophistication and flavor to the best craft beverages while offering something different that fits every moment.

Tom Holland says working on developing Bero has been ‘enjoyable’

The British actor shared during the interview that when he got the idea of non-alcoholic beer, he started meeting people who were setting up such companies. And he eventually asked his agents if he could set up his own brand.

Holland credits WME for putting the right people on the table for him. Holland mentioned that they met with Investment Venture Capital Company, and started building their product. He explained,

It’s been one of the most enjoyable things I’ve ever done for me. It felt like a school project. It’s been a joy working with the creative department to figure out what we want the company to represent, and I think it’s really important for me that Bero isn’t ramming sobriety down people’s throats. It’s for everyone; it’s for people that don’t drink; it’s for people that want to drink less.

Tom Holland noted that he believes that Bero represents the void in the market, pointing out that his goal was to come up with a drink that one can drink in a bar. The actor mentioned that Bero is appealing just like a real beer, but the individuals don’t have to pay the price for it in the morning.

The Spider-Man actor hopes that Bero can represent the non-alcoholic beer market, and it can be something where people like him feel included.
