Swift is very protective about her relationship with Kelce the same way he is, but the NFL player has not held himself back on sharing how grateful he feels to have a partner like Swift. If rumors are to be believed, the two of them are ready to take their relationship to the next stage, and Travis Kelce reached out to seek the blessings of Taylor Swift’s father.

Travis Kelce asked Taylor Swift’s father for his blessings
According to various reports online, Travis Kelce had reached out to Scott Swift, Taylor Swift’s father, to ask for his blessing before he decided to pop the question. Page Six reported,
“Scott has been asked for his blessing and has wholeheartedly given it, and Travis has been talking to friends about a ring.”
The reports suggested that the footballer who is the most extroverted guy Taylor Swift has ever dated might have already purchased the right kind of ring for the pop queen. They noted that Taylor’s father gets along with Travis and supports their relationship wholeheartedly as he loves to see his daughter being her happiest.

However, the rumors about the couple being engaged are just rumors as of now, and their respective representatives have been denying it. But everyone seems to be excited and thrilled for the couple if any of these rumors are true.

Travis Kelce calls Taylor Swift just ‘mind-blowing’
In his interview with The Wall Street Journal, Travis Kelce said,
“I’ve never been a man of words. Being around her, seeing how smart Taylor is, has been f***king mind blowing. I am learning everyday.”
The NFL player added,
“Obviously I’ve never dated anyone with that kind of aura about them. I’ve never dealt with it. But at the same time, I’m not running away from any of it. The scrutiny she gets, how much she has a magnifying glass on her, every single day, paparazzi outside her house, every restaurant she goes, every flight she gets off, and she’s just living, enjoying life. When she acts like that I better not be the one acting all strange.”
Last month, Life & Style publication reported that the two of them are going to be living together during Swift’s tour break. The source mentioned, that they are playing house and acknowledge the fact that they are compatible, but living together for an extended period will be their ultimate test.

But they have now clarified by stating that Swift’s friends are just delighted for their friend whatever happens. Taylor Swift recently celebrated her 34th birthday with her closest friends.
