Sony Pictures Entertainment recently shared a scene from Uncharted on its official YouTube channel, in which Nate can be seen battling Braddock’s goons on a cargo plane while being thousands of feet up in the air. The cargo then flies out the back, taking Nate with it when his leg gets ensnared. With the cargo still connected to the plane, Nate has to climb his way back aboard, all of this while still being shot at. This scene happens to be a direct homage to a memorable sequence from the 2011s Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception.

Ultimately, Nate manages to make it back to the plane. However, on some occasions, the light at the end of the tunnel is a train — of if we consider this case, a red sports car.

Directed by Venom director Ruben Fleischer, Sony Pictures’ Uncharted is based on publisher Sony Computer Entertainment and developer Naughty Dog’s PlayStation-exclusive series of Uncharted games. The film stars Tom Holland, star of Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man series, as the protagonist of the franchise, Nathan “Nate” Drake.

Holland will be seen with Mark Wahlberg, who plays Nate’s mentor Victor “Sully” Sullivan. Sophia Ali plays Chloe Frazer, who is Nate’s love interest. Chilling Adventures of Sabrina alum Gabrielle will be playing Braddock, while Antonio Banderas will play the main antagonist Moncada. Moreover, Pilou Asbæk and Rubén Doblas Gundersen also known as El Rubius) have also been cast in unknown roles.

The Uncharted series by Naughty Dog began with Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, which was originally released for PlayStation 3 in 2007. This was followed up by Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and the aforementioned Drake’s Deception, which was released for the PlayStation 3 in 2009 and 2011, respectively. 2016 saw Naughty Dog bringing the series to PS 4 with Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, which was followed up by the standalone Uncharted: The Lost Legacy in 2017.

A movie adaptation of Uncharted has been in stages of development at Sony since 2008. As the movie is finally set for release next month, it will follow Holland’s Nate and Wahlberg’s Sully as they look for a great lost treasure while also trying to track down Nate’s long-lost brother.

Uncharted will hit the theaters on Feb. 18.
