In a recent appearance on Tucker Carlson Today, Samantha Markle alleged that the Duchess has kept her family out of her life ever since she married Prince Harry. The Get Him to the Greek actress’s half-sister is now speaking out loud about what she claims are lies that have been spread by the couple in the weeks since Prince Harry’s eagerly awaited memoir Spare hit shelves worldwide.
In an interview with Tucker Carlson on Fox Nation, Samantha Markle said, “It’s been a weird journey for me, seeing the media try to create a disconnect between—you know, this rift between a normal family, that was never really a rift until fake news came along.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Netflix documentary series finally clarify their side of the story after years of others trying to do so. A six-part event titled Harry & Meghan, which was directed by Liz Garbus and released in December shared the truth about a variety of topics, including their unlikely bond with Tyler Perry and the damaging influence of the media on their relationship.
Samantha Markle outlined on Tucker Carlson Today how she and the rest of Meghan Markle’s family were perplexed when they lost touch with her after she became engaged to Prince Harry of Great Britain. She has previously sued the Duchess of Sussex for libel following her infamous Oprah Winfrey interview.
Contrary to rumors, she also spoke on her relationship with her, “[Meghan] not my—I’m not her stepsister. We pretty much grew up as a normal family.” Samantha Markle went on to express her annoyance with Remember Me actress and her actions toward the family both in the days preceding the wedding and after it took place on May 2018.
In the Fox Nation episode, Samantha Markle told Carlson that she was hurt by the Duchess of Sussex’s allegations and the “fake news” that depicted her family as being divided, arguing that this was never the situation.
Samantha Markle said, “So, all of these lies began coming out, but we didn’t know she had told the royal family so many porcupines.”
Meghan Markle shares a severe relationship with her dad and half-sister
Meghan Markle shares a broken relationship with her father, Thomas Markle Sr., and her half-sister, Samantha Markle. “She’s pretty much ghosted her sides,” Thomas Markle Sr. said in response during an interview with Good Morning Britain.
“So, she really had no one to reach out to. She would’ve had us if she’d kept us. We all make mistakes,” he added.
Following Markle’s CBS tell-all, Samantha Markle talked with Inside Edition about her relationship with the Duchess of Sussex.“Depression is not an excuse for treating people like dishrags and disposing of them,” she said.
Meghan Markle’s relationship with her father deteriorated even more after she gave birth to Lili and Archie without informing him.
