What Did Darkseid Do When He Got A Hold of the Infinity Gauntlet?
As you all likely know by now, Darkseid has a bit of an indirect connection to the Marvel Universe through a couple of different sort of directions. First off, Darkseid (and the rest of the New Gods)had sprung out of ideas that Jack Kirby had for Marvel Comics, but he decided to bring to DC instead when Marvel could not work out a deal with Kirby where he would get a financial interest in his new characters (he did not get that deal with DC, either, but it was more a matter of the principle for him to leave Marvel with the new characters).

By this point in time, Thanos had more than made a name for himself with a number of attempts to kill billions, but the most famous example was 1991’s the Infinity Gauntlet, where Thanos tracked down all of the Infinity Gems and used them to create the Infinity Gauntlet, which basically gave him omnipotence, which he used to kill around half the people in the universe!
