While She Did Nothing But Nag Tom Brady During Marriage, Gisele Bundchen Reportedly ‘Adores’ New Boyfriend Joaquim Valente So Much She is Spending Yet Another Costa Rica Vacation With Him
Formerly married to NFL legend Tom Brady, Gisele Bundchen is rumored to have become close friends with jiu-jitsu coach Joaquim Valente since her separation from the former football quarterback at the end of last year. The 42-year-old model seemed to be used to a new life after formally divorcing Brady on October 28, 2022. The model and Valente are reportedly getting closer as she moves forward in her life after the divorce.
Speculation about a possible romance between Gisele Bundchen and Joaquim Valente was furthered on Monday when the two were seen together in Costa Rica. Retracing their first trip together, which they took in November 2022, the new couple took off once again for Costa Rica.
It is difficult to imagine the couple’s relationship as platonic as the couple has always called it in the past. As per reports, they met through her son, Benjamin Rein’s martial arts classes.
She recently returned to Costa Rica with jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente after spending nearly a month in Brazil for that nation’s annual Carnival celebrations.

Two weeks after the final hearing of her divorce from NFL star, Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen and Joaquim Valente were first spotted together in November last year when they traveled to the Provincia de Puntarenas. They were joined by the supermodel’s two children, Vivian Lake and Benjamin Rein, as well as several other people, including one of her kids’ teachers.
The 42-year-old supermodel and Valente have a close bond, according to a source close to her, but they aren’t quite ready to call their relationship “romantic” just yet.
People quoted a source as saying that she “adores and trusts [Joaquim] and has been spending a lot of time with him, but I don’t think it’s a conventional dating scenario.”
“They have a deep personal relationship, and he is a teacher to her and the kids,” the insider said. “Whether or not it will ever become more than that rests on the table.”
With this most recent Central American trip, it is evident that the new couple, who both call Miami home, is only getting closer.
She Went on Another Stroll with a Jiu-Jitsu Instructor!
The 42-year-old supermodel was photographed by paparazzi while out for a stroll with the dashing jiu-jitsu instructor. The two were reportedly accompanied on the trip by a male friend and two dogs.
Gisele Bundchen was wearing a tan coverup and a brown bikini top for a casual look that showed off her well-toned abs. She wore her hair down with her signature beach waves. Valente chose a pair of green cargo shorts and a navy-blue T-shirt for the nature walk.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel model and personal trainer have not publicly admitted to their relationship, and her representatives did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Page Six. Nevertheless, Bundchen has been spotted out with Valente several times since divorcing Tom Brady after 13 years of marriage and two children.
If maintaining good health is the true nature of their relationship, it seems to be working because the mother of two has been flaunting her fit physique as she rejoins the modeling industry.
On the other hand, the now-retired NFL quarterback is committed to spending more time with his kids, so dating is not high on his priority list.
