According to a news portal, Weir fell off the horse as she was riding at the Australian Windsor Polo Grounds. Due to that, she was severely injured and was reportedly hospitalized for a month. Her condition was so severe that she was on life support until she breathed her last.
Weir had a fondness for horse riding. Once, during an interview with Gold Coast Magazine, the late model shared,
“I’ve been horse-riding since I was 3 years…and can’t imagine my life without it. I travel to rural Sydney 2-3 times a week to train and compete around New South Wales.”
