Amber Heard has some good things happening for her as it has been reported that she is expecting another baby years after she had her first one, a daughter named Oonagh Paige. The last couple of years have been tough for her to say the least as she was embroiled in a highly publicized, contentious defamation trial with her ex-husband Johnny Depp in Virginia in the summer of 2022.
Depp won the trial and Heard’s career took a huge hit as no big studios wanted to be associated with her any more than they had to. Now, she is allegedly expanding her family with another child while the details of her children’s fathers remain foggy.
Amber Heard Is Preparing to Welcome Her Second Child
Amber Heard began pursuing an acting career in 2003 and had a successful career for the most part. She rose to international recognition for playing the role of Mera in the DCEU film Justice League, released in 2017. She reprised her role in 2018’s Aquaman and again in the sequel, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.
Heard has dated both men and women but does like to label herself. She first met Johnny Depp when they worked together in 2009’s The Rum Diary. They allegedly began dating in 2012 and got married in 2015. A year later, she filed for divorce from Depp and it was finalized in 2017. Following her divorce, she dated Tesla CEO, Elon Musk and actress and cinematographer Bianca Butti.
The All the Boys Love Mandy Lane actress welcomed her first child via surrogacy in 2021. Recently, a source has revealed that she is going to have another baby (via RadarOnline.com).
It is still quite early in the pregnancy, so you will appreciate that we do not want to go into much detail at this stage. Suffice to say that Amber is delighted both for herself and Oonagh Paige.
There are no details available about the father of her second child so far. She has also not been publicly dating anyone so it is hard to tell who could possibly be the father of this baby. Either way, this is exciting news for herself and her 3-year-old daughter, with whom she lives in Spain.
Amber Heard Did Not Reveal That She Had Had a Baby for Three Months After Oonagh Paige Was Born
Soon after her defamation with Depp came to an end, Heard decided to leave the U.S. and move to Spain where she could have more privacy for herself and her daughter. She has always tried to stay private when it comes to her child, Oonagh Paige for obvious reasons.
In fact, the actress did not reveal that she had welcomed her first child for three months after she was born. In an Instagram post, she wrote:
Four years ago, I decided I wanted to have a child. I wanted to do it on my own terms. I now appreciate how radical it is for us as women to think about one of the most fundamental parts of our destinies in this way. I hope we arrive at a point in which it’s normalized to not want a ring in order to have a crib. A part of me wants to uphold that my private life is none of anyone’s business.
She also stated that Oonagh Paige Heard was born on April 8, 2021. Since then, she mostly kept her life with her daughter out of the spotlight save for the occasional posts in which she gives a glimpse of her life with her child.
