The celebrity stylist recently caused a stir after announcing his retirement, leading a buzz among fans about whether he would continue to work with his long-time client, Zendaya. However, he has restated these speculations by taking to social media and affirming that he will not end his alliance with the Spider-Man actress.
Although he had earlier announced his retirement, he explicitly stated in a recent post that he is still significantly involved in overseeing her and dispelled any concerns about their working relationship, writing,
“So y’all really think I’m breaking up with Z….. we are forever!”.
He started with a sequence of direct tweets. “She’s my little sister and it’s real love, not the fake industry love.”
He concluded his post with a GIF from the film The Color Purple depicting sisters Sofia and Celie making a vow to always remain together. He added, “Me & u must neva part” continued “Literally me and Zendaya…,”
This incident came after a viral video from a Louis Vuitton fashion show where Zendaya can be seen in the front row with no seat for Law Roach, and questions arose about their working relationship. Less than a week later, he announced his retirement from styling, but later clarified on social media that he is not breaking up with her and will still be involved in her fashion choices.
