Grant Gustin is best known for portraying the Flash and Savitar in the Arrowverse, primarily on The Flash. Gustin enjoys a dedicated fanbase that he earned while portraying the character of Barry Allen in the American superhero television series, The Flash for nine seasons and 184 episodes of the show aired on The CW. Gustin’s character was a crime scene investigator who gains super-human speed, which he uses to fight criminals, along with others who have also gained superhuman abilities.
Despite his exemplary performance over the years in the famous series, Grant Gustin was not given a space in post-credit appearances of DC’s new superhero release of this year, The Flash and the fans are not at all pleased with this news. But why was it so is still unknown though upon the release the curiosity surrounding the cameo appearances has finally ended.

The Flash is the 13th installment in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU) and the superhero film is based on the DC Comics character of the same name. As per early reports, the film was supposed to be called Flashpoint, based on the DC Comics event of the same name, but eventually it is simply called The Flash. Originally slated for 2018, the film had to break multiple curses and go through countless controversies along its journey and is finally released in the theatres worldwide on 16th June.
Directed by Andy Muschietti, the film has Ezra Miller in the lead role as Barry Allen, Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck in the caped crusaders, new Supergirl Sasha Calle, Michael Shannon as Zod and Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, and other stars. Upon its release, the film is being highly praised for its amazing plot and fans have loved Ezra Miller and Sasha Calle’s performance.
Fans Furious At the Makers Of The Flash For Not Considering Grant Gustin’s Cameo
Grant Gustin is a renowned personality known for playing Barry Allen/Flash on the CW series, The Flash. While in one his interviews in April this year, Gustin has clarified that he is not appearing in the cameo for DC’s latest film, The Flash his fans still had hopes that the actor will make a surprising appearance. Though it is true now that Gustin does not has any cameo in the film, his fans are all the more enraged upon discovering that the makers of the film never intended or though to including Gustin in the cameo.
Regarding the post-credits scenes and cameos, the producer said that they struggled to decided what to include and what to remove as the list of characters were endless. He added,
“That ‘hall of fame’ of great characters and actors…there’s so many, the list was endless. We had to choose, we had to pick,”Among the heartbreaking cuts. “Lynda Carter was one of them,” “Brando and Burgess Meredith, Cesar Romero…”

They seriously considered two actors that weren’t even alive, had THREE dead actors make the final cut, and decided to leave out Grant Gustin and John Wesley Shipp, two actors who are still alive and actually associated with the Flash.
