“When you ask me what is love, I think the reason that is hard for me to answer that question is I don’t know if I have actually or truly in love at this point.”

Zayn Malik’s statement clearly shows that he has never really felt that he was truly in love while in a relationship. In the interview with Zach Sang, Malik came clean about his personal life. Apart from his confession about his experience in the romantic field, he also mentioned how despite all the odds, he truly loves his daughter, whom he shares with his ex-girlfriend.

A source confirmed to PEOPLE in 2021 that Hadid will do her best to ensure the former couple co-parent the best way they can.

When Zach Sang asked Malik about his feelings for Khai, Malik immediately responded positively. The Better singer mentioned that his love for Khai is very different from romantic love. Malik told Sang:

“That’s different. I am in love with her as my child.”
