Earth’s mightiest heroes, the Avengers, became a reality in 2012 when The Avengers was released and all the heroes came together. The core Avengers included Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow, and Hawkeye. Ever since then, the world has seen some amazing Avengers content. 1. Infinity War Had Scenes Showing Thanos Acquiring The Power Stone
Early drafts had Thanos acquiring the Power Stone that was at Xandar after the events of Guardians of the Galaxy. While fans were pissed that these events were not spoken of, early drafts actually had plans of the Mad Titan going to Xandar.
2. Infinity War Was Shot Fully With IMAX Cameras
Avengers: Infinity War is the only Avengers movie to be fully shot with IMAX Cameras. The Russo Bros. used a new 2d digital IMAX camera developed by IMAX and Arri. Using 2D IMAX cameras for a full movie is something that hadn’t been done before.
3. VFX Used For Tony’s Weight Loss
After Infinity War, Tony was wandering in space with no way back home. To show the side effects of having limited and depleting resources, the VFX team did their magic to make Tony look emaciated.

To bring Ultron to life and make him a great villain, Industrial Light & Magic developed a new motion-capture system. This enabled the team to perfectly capture James Spader’s impeccable performance and bring Ultron to life. This new system was called Muse.
7. Thanos’ Sword Is Based On Thanos-Copter
The Mad Titan was created by Jim Starlin who explained in an event explained Thanos’ double-edged sword’s origins. It’s actually connected to his Thanos-copter and the sword is based on his helicopter’s rotator blades.
8. Spader Was The Perfect Fit For Ultron
Whedon was convinced since the beginning that only James Spader could do justice to Ultron. While commenting on Spader’s voice, Whedon said that he has a, “hypnotic voice that can be eerily calm and compelling while also being very human and humorous.” Plus, the director never even considered any other actor for the role.

This major detail is actually contradictory to Tony Stark’s perosnality. In The Avengers, it seems like Tony is driving 2014 Acura NSX but he’s not. He’s actually driving 1991 Acura NSX which his highly modified. Even the color of the car was changed to match with Tony’s suits.

Marvel was too cautious when it came to Infinity War and Endgame. Hence, to prevent any possible leaks, the studio got really cautious. 11. Hulkbuster Armor Is Full Of Details
If you look at Tony’s Hulkbuster Armor in Avengers: Age of Ultron, it is literally packed with a lot of details. First, the armor comes with seven arc reactors of its own – on the chest, one on each knee, and four on the back. Moreover, Tony has to wear his own suit underneath that comes with its own arc reactors. Plus, it’s believed that the suit is charged with 11 arc reactors. Veronica is also a reference to the Archie comics.

15. Hulk’s Roar In The Avengers Was A Cameo
Ferrigno played a completely non-CGI Hulk from 1978 to 1982. He came back in The Avengers to voice the iconic Hulk roar. Moreover, he also had a cameo in The Incredble Hulk as a security guard. Lui Ferrigno was all over in his time with his performance. Howeer, it made up for a great moment.
16. Mark Ruffalo is The First Actor To Play Banner & Hulk
Before The Avengers, Bruce Banner and Hulk were always played by different actors. For example, in 1978, Bill Bixby played Bruce and Lui Ferrigno played Hulk. Even in the 2003 Ang Lee film, Eric Bana played Banner and and Lee himself provided the motion-capture.
17. The Shwarma Scene Was Filmed After The Premiere
After the chaos winds up in The Avengers, Iron Man is brought back to consciousness by Hulk who then goes on to ask for shwarma. In the post-credit scene, we see the team eating shwarma which made up for a great silent moment. However, the plan was different as the shwarma shot was included in the movie after the movie had premiered. Whedon shared that the scene was shot long after the movie had wrapped.
18. Robert Downey Hid Food On The Avengers Set
Downey Jr. played Tony Stark to perfection. However, even in real life he was a michevious one. He had a habit of hiding food on the set of The Avengers and even outside the MCU. And honestly, this habit made up for a great comic relief when he decided to share his snack with Captain America.
19. Three stuntswoman For Black Widow
Scarlet Johansson was pregnant while filming for Avengers: Age of Ultron. So to avoid any complications, Marvel hired three stuntswoman to take the load off of Scarlet. Moreover, pregnancy can be hid well in a sitcom, but definitely not in an action movie.
20. “I Am Iron Man” Almost Didn’t Happen
Did you know that the famous “I Am Iron Man” almost didn’t happen? Originally, Tony was supposed to simply smile, and snap his fingers. But the Russos thought that it didn’t work well. Hence, Jeffrey Ford came up with his line. In conclusion, it provided a perfect ending to Phase 3 and an end to the line tha started the franchise.
