He has won countless Emmy awards for shows like From the Earth to the Moon, The Pacific, and Band of Brothers. His collection of documentaries on a wide range of topics, from the final decades of the 20th century to the history of cinema, has been a huge hit.
Tim Allen
A veteran standup comedian turned actor, Tim Allen most recently played the role of Mike Baxter in ABC’s popular sitcom Last Man Standing. The show ran from 2011 to 2021 before being canceled after its 194th episode. Jim Varney
Most known for his portrayal of the lovable titular character from the Ernest movies, Jim Varney’s final performance was captured in Disney’s Atlantis: The Lost Empire. As a result of his apparent demise, the role of Slinky Dog was taken over by Blake Clark starting with the 2010 release of Toy Story 3.
Wallace Shawn
Out of the magnificent area that is known as Pixar, Shawn has remained hard at work on other ventures including more recent movies like Marriage Story and The Addams Family 2. As if that wasn’t enough, Shawn has also been busy with TV appearances in shows such as Young Sheldon, in which he plays Dr. Sturgis.
John Ratzenberger
After Toy Story, John took over some smaller and one-off roles on shows such as Bob Hearts Abishola and Mom. Ratzenberger has done a variety of voice acting in recent years but is most well-known for his role Woody in Disney Pixar’s Toy Story franchise. He is often the popular choice when casting someone to voice a background character on various animated television series and films.

John Morris
Before he got the chance to audition for his iconic role as Andy in Toy Story, John Morris was an actor still at the beginning of his career. He couldn’t have been more prepared for the audition – Stuart Little had just come out and he read that book to Tom and Jane every single night before bed! The rest is history. Recently, he returned for Toy Story 4 that released in 2019. Post that, he has been found playing some brief roles in animated projects like Timon and Pumbaa at the Movies.

Detten made his final acting performance as Sid Phillips in 2010’s Toy Story 3. Now that he’s retired, the star decided it was a good idea to go back to his roots and try something new.
