The users raised concerns referring to Jonathan Majors’ ongoing criminal trial. Check out the tweets below:
Marvel is still releasing Loki season 2 with Jonathan Majors in it. No one is going to dump 200 million dollars for a film and not release it because an actor caused controversy after filming

Curious if Loki will even come out then. They built whole thing around Jonathan Majors.

With the announcement of Loki’s upcoming season, Marvel Studios informed fans that the MCU will release all the episodes of the series at once.
Some fans speculated that it’s Marvel’s strategy to get the audience hooked by releasing all the episodes at once. A user wrote,Â
Iâm gonna give Loki a chance but itâs tough thx to the Jonathan Majors drama. Dumping Echo all at once screams bad news. Theyâre probably dropping it all because when itâs all there to watch then itâs less likely people will stop watching it half way through. https://t.co/f474jOuj0g

What was the controversy caused by Jonathan Majors?
Previously, on March 25, 2023, Jonathan Majors was arrested in NYC for an alleged domestic dispute. The 33-year-old actor was accused of strangulation, assault, and harassment of a 30-year-old woman. The victim apparently claimed to be Majors’ girlfriend. She suffered minor injuries to her head and neck but was soon taken to the area hospital in stable condition.
Following this, the actor was placed in custody. He was charged with three counts of assault. Out of which he made his first court appearance earlier this month and has to reappear in court on June 13th for his trial. However, Majors’ lawyers are trying their best to clear his image.Â
The controversies surrounding the Creed actor have affected his image in Hollywood. Previously, it was reported that many companies and public firms have stepped back from working with the Marvel alum.
