After Allegedly Kicking Out His Ex Amber Heard, Is Elon Musk Leaving Twitter? His Cryptic ‘Matrix’ Tweet Has Fans Convinced Twitter Will be Set Free
People feared the only platform to freely bully the billionaire Elon Musk will shut down. Turns out, Elon Musk might be stepping down from his position as CEO instead. The future of the social media company was in question for a few weeks now. The chaos that ensued for some weeks on Twitter with hashtags like #RIPTwitter, and #TwitterIsOverParty trending all over was beyond imagination. The sporadic behavior of Elon Musk led people to believe the story further.
According to many reports, the Twitter office was abruptly shut down by the “madman” Elon Musk in the past month. The employees were then given an ultimatum. Many employees refused to comply with Musk’s work ethic and resigned on spot. The outrage has now led to this day today.
Elon Musk- a genius or a man-child?
One of the richest men in the world, Elon Musk. The tech genius is the CEO of SpaceX, Tesla, and now Twitter. He bought twitter in April with the vision of improving the platform and turning it into a vessel where people can share thoughts fearlessly.
Fast forward to this week, Tuesday night, Musk announced that he will be stepping down from his position as CEO IF he gets anyone insane enough to fill his shoes. His 122 million followers on Twitter voted in favor of him stepping down on the poll he kept.
“as soon as I find someone stupid enough to do the job”! he exclaimed.
However, if he steps down from his position, he will still be very present and “manage software & servers teams”. He won’t abandon Twitter. Thus, people are assuming that he might quit.
He recently tweeted,

The steps he took during his reign to “improve” the company really led people into questioning whether he is at all a genius or just a very stubborn kid. His recent tweet further proved the point.
#ElonIsOverParty
One of the wealthiest capitalists in the world is destroying this social media platform. The policies and changes implemented by him were bizarre.
Firstly he fired the team responsible for monitoring hate speech, whose reason the users are still questioning. The biggest example of why he shouldn’t have done that was Kanye West himself. He also let many questionable figures back on Twitter such as Doland Trump, Andrew Tate, and many more which resulted in an increase of hate speech exponentially.
Secondly, he cut down ads on the platform and implemented a subscription for the verification batch to generate revenue for the company. Which was once again a disastrous move as the rate of impersonators was way higher. One such incident showcasing that was the insulin drama. Some random account paid $8 in subscription for a verification batch and then proceeded to tweet out “insulin is free for everybody” impersonating the pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly. This caused chaos among the US citizens and caused havoc.
Thirdly, all these bugs forced journalists to criticize Elon Musk which resulted in them getting suspended from the platform. Pretty ironic for a “free speech” advocate on Twitter.
Here are some Twitter reactions, showcasing how good of a job he’s doing as CEO.
Before he steps down I’d just like to thank Elon Musk for shattering the myth that billionaires are smarter, more hard working, or simply any better than anyone else in the most public way imaginable.

Twitter’s future is still in question with brands reevaluating their deals with the company and the spike in hate speech. It is hell down there. If this goes on it could lead to bankruptcy. Elon Musk certainly enjoys all the attention he is getting but it is surely hurting the company. It is very hard to predict what the “mad genius” would do next. But, oh boy people are for sure eager to see what he has in store for the company in the future ahead.
