After ending her 11-year-long relationship with Spanish footballer, Gerard Piqué last year, Shakira was rumoured to date Tom Cruise earlier this year. Now, there are talks about her getting into a romantic relationship with Rafael Arcaute, the Argentine musician.

As per the Telecinco programme, ‘Socialite,’ the Latin pop singer might welcome the new year with a freshly started relationship with the Argentine singer and songwriter Rafael Arcaute. According to Ceriani, the singers are having dinner together, and both are taking a step further. The journalist says that Arcuate “conquers her with humour, he conquers her with details, with sweetness.” Ceriani also mentioned that the Aguilera songwriter is quiet and keeps a low profile.
Rafael Arcaute is also a record producer and engineer who started his music career by working as a touring member of Luis Alberto Spinetta’s band, Spinetta. He has worked as a keyboardist and engineer for Spinetta’s several albums, including Argentina Sorgo Films Presenta: Spinetta Obras (2002), Para los Árboles (2003) and Camalotus (2004).

Another source from the publication claimed that “Shakira needs a soft pillow to fall on, and that could be Tom. A nice-looking guy and he is talented, and she isn’t taller than him.” Neither the Top Gun actor confirmed any dating rumours, nor did the pop singer.
