In a brief appearance during Secret Invasion Episode 5, titled Harvest, O-T Fagbenle’s character, Rick Mason, makes a cameo as he flies Nick Fury to Finland on a private jet. During their encounter, Mason presents Fury with an old S.H.I.E.L.D. device known as the Widow’s Veil—a remarkable mask that can perfectly mimic someone’s face and voice.
This brief but significant appearance by Mason marks the first time he has been seen or heard from in the MCU since the ending of Black Widow, in which he gifted Scarlett Johansson’s Natasha with a new Quinjet that she would use to break Steve Rogers and the other Avengers out of the RAFT jail.
