In pop culture, the Johhny Depp vs Amber Heard defamation trial was one of the biggest highlights of 2022. But as a consequence of its high publicity, the one who suffered most was Heard. Both of their faces were all over the internet, however, the Aquaman actress got the worse end of the stick. Furthermore, she also lost the trial to Depp. With so much anxiety and stress, it was natural for her to fall into depression.
Since the trial ended, the actress has been spotted around small towns. Recently she was spotted in a Spanish island town where she is living with her daughter. Living far from the city seems to be working as a therapy for her.
Amber Heard Seems Happy These Days After the Exhausting Trial

So, now without any disturbance, she was recently spotted in a park looking happy with her daughter Oonagh.
The Infamous Defamation Trial
Let’s take a glance at the Johnny Depp V Amber Head defamation trial. It started on April 11 and lasted till June 1. Depp sued his ex-wife for defamation for a 2018 Op-ed she wrote for The Washington Times. In it, Heard wrote about being a victim of domestic violence. However, she never mentioned the Pirates of the Caribbean star’s name. As for the verdict, Depp won the case, with the jury awarding him 10 million dollars for compensatory damages and another 5 million dollars for Punitive damages. And although the Aquaman actor was convicted in the trial, she was awarded two million dollars for a countersuit of criminal detention against Depp.
