Amber Heard and Johnny Depp‘s defamation trial was at the center of the media. The ex-couple fought for a year, and their ugly banter affected their Hollywood career. As the verdict followed in Depp’s favor, Heard had a major setback. 

The actress received major backlash from her ex-husband’s fans. She even received death threats and became the subject of cruel Internet memes. After facing all these, Heard decided to move abroad with her now two-year daughter. She took a break from the media and settled in Spain.

The Aquaman star recently made a comeback on the silver screen with her upcoming movie In The Fire. 

A source close to the 37-year-old said, “The trial was beyond stressful, and she wanted to start fresh. She has new energy and is focused on things that she loves.” 

Heard hasn’t talked much about her reasons for leaving the United States, but she appeared content to be back in the heart of things. She has finally moved on from her career-threatening ex-husband as he has found a new love in her acting.

Amber Heard, after the terrible defamation lawsuit in which her ex-husband Johnny Depp was involved, is returning to the silver screen. With her latest movie, In the Fire, the Aquaman star is back in the spotlight. She recently attended the premiere of her most recent movie and graced the blue carpet of the Taormina Film Festival.

Heard’s upcoming film is set in the 1890s. The actress plays Grace Victoria Burnham, a psychiatrist from New York who visits a distant plantation to treat a troubled autistic youngster. The film is categorized as a horror thriller.

In addition to doing her best to treat the child’s illness, Victoria must protect the child from the townspeople and the village priest, who believe the youngster is under the sway of a demon.
