Amber Heard’s Agent Reveals She Was ‘Just Filling Space’ by Dating Elon Musk After Split With Depp
In the most recent news, actress Amber Heard’s ex-agent has testified that Heard was “just filling space” while she was dating Elon Musk after her split from actor Johnny Depp.
This was revealed by Christian Carino, who worked as a talent agent for Creative Artists Agency at one point, representing both Depp and Heard. Carino had his pre-recorded deposition played for the courtroom on Wednesday, where he opened up about Heard’s relationship with Tesla CEO Musk.
Agent Christian Carino Opens Up About Amber Heard
While he discussed her breakup with billionaire Elon Musk in August 2017, Carino recalled questioning Heard the reason she was “sad” if she wasn’t “in love with Depp to begin with.” After this, Depp’s lawyer read an exchange of texts exchange between Heard and Carino where she admits that she was “just filling space” with Elon Musk after her split with Depp.
Here’s what Heard texted Carino: “I hate that yet again a man let’s me fall on the spikes by myself. … Meaning, they are mad at me for leaving them and put things like this out there.” The agent then replied, “You could avoid all this if you stopped dating über-famous people. You can be with a big man who isn’t famous.”
When Carino was asked about the exchange of texts, he said, “I believe what I was saying was, ‘If you don’t like being in the press about your personal life, then don’t date people that are famous.”
Carino also revealed that he was behind arranging the San Francisco meeting between Depp and Heard at her request in July 2016, despite the restraining order she got against Depp after she filed for divorce. Depp had earlier revealed that he was “confused” by the whole meetup, during which the actor had threatened to harm himself using a knife as Heard asked him to stop.
Heard Asked Carino To Deliver Letters To Depp In 2017
There are also various text messages from 2017 that showed Heard asking Carino’s help to deliver some letters to Johnny Depp: “I don’t know how or where to start. There’s no way to begin. … Finally I am single, clear in my heart and mind. I just want him to know I love him and that I am sorry.” Heard also told Carino once that she had missed Johnny Depp, which led Carino to believe that she actually wanted to reconcile with Johnny Depp.
After a year of breaking up with Elon Musk, Amber Heard revealed to THR, “Elon and I had a beautiful relationship, and we have a beautiful friendship now, one that was based on our core values. Intellectual curiosity, ideas, and conversation, a shared love for science. We just bonded on a lot of things that speak to who I am on the inside. I have so much respect for him.”
Heard, who is now 36, also dated Bianca Butti in 2020, even welcoming her first baby, which is a daughter, as a single mom in 2021, stating that she wished to become a mother “on my own terms.”
Johnny Depp Has Sued Heard For Defamation
Depp, who is 58, is in news for suing Amber Heard for defamation, over an op-ed the actress had written for the Washington Post in 2017, although the actress did not name Johnny Depp in the written piece. Depp had earlier claimed that Heard even had an extramarital affair with billionaire Elon Musk “no later than one month after” she and Depp married in the year 2015.
A rep for Musk had previously revealed that “Elon and Amber didn’t start seeing each other until May 2016, and even then it was infrequent. Their relationship didn’t become romantic until some time later.”
Depp has earlier testified in the court that his “goal is the truth” as the actor simply looks to clear his name in the trial, which is currently being televised live via numerous outlets. Before the proceedings, Heard said in a statement that “hopefully when this case concludes, I can move on and so can Johnny. I have always maintained a love for Johnny and it brings me great pain to have to live out the details of our past life together in front of the world.”
