Good Morning America viewers have been wondering where Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes are now after their cheating scandal since hearing they had been taken off the air: Are they leaving GMA?

The morning news program Good Morning America on ABC features a number of on-air personalities, including Robach and Holmes. News of Robach and Holmes’ extramarital affair came to light in November 2022, more than seven years after they began working together on Good Morning America. Robach and Holmes were fired as a result of the scandal, ABC News executives revealed in an internal call one week later.

Mediation between the parties is excepted to be held the following week. In order to talk about their futures with GMA and the network, Robach and Holmes reportedly met with ABC executives on Thursday for mediation.

Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes soon to mediate with ABC

Do Amy Robach and  T.J. Holmes plan to leave GMA after their affair? The ultimate answer could be yes. Robach and Holmes are formally leaving GMA 3, according to a January 13, 2023 report from Us Weekly. According to a source at the time, “Amy and T.J. are out, a decision has been made. The network is negotiating with them on their exit deals and an announcement.”

But according to recent reports, T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach appear to be at a standstill with ABC and will participate in what seems to be a ‘contentious mediation’ session on Thursday. According to sources with knowledge, there will almost certainly be a discussion about race during this session.

The source further stated that ABC has made it clear to the anchors’ representatives that they “do not want the two of them to work together again” on the same set. According to reports, ABC has not yet decided whether it wants one or both of them completely gone. Apparently, after the network made it clear that it didn’t want Amy Robach and T.J.
