As Legal Battle With Ex-Nanny Questions Her Character as a Mother, Olivia Wilde Flaunts Tattoos for Her Kids – Says She’s “Running out of arms”
One of the spiciest, and the most passive-aggressive ‘celebrity breakups’ in recent memory may be the well-publicized split between Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis. It not only dominated the Don’t Worry, Darling actress press tour due to the rumors of a love triangle involving her, Sudeikis, and Harry Styles. But it also happened to coincide with worries about her ability to be a good mother.
In all those ‘love triangle dramas,’ it was her former live-in nanny who would have ultimately caused the most controversy.
During the turbulent split of Olivia Jane Cockburn and Jason Sudeikis’ relationship, their ex-nanny was fired and now, she is suing the two. Since then, the nanny has exposed many revelations about the former couple. One of those has raised questions about her ability to be a good mom to her kids.
Now, in an attempt to silence all, the 38-year-old actress displayed the body art in a post uploaded to her Instagram handle on Wednesday. This post came after Ericka Genaro, their ex-nanny, filed a lawsuit against them for retaliation in the workplace. The former couple, who are the parents of two, allegedly has a lawsuit against them.
Olivia Wilde honors love for kids with her new tattoo
In honor of her kids, Olivia Wilde inked constellations on both forearms. The Babylon actress shared daughter Daisy and son Otis with her former partner Jason Sudeikis. On February 15, American actress and filmmaker debuted her new body art through renowned tattoo artist Brian Woo and posted the same in an Instagram Story.
Her posts depicted a hummingbird, crescents, and stars encircling her daughter’s Libra zodiac sign. While she got a tattoo of a Taurus constellation on her right arm that symbolizes her son, Otis’ astrological sign. The actor even joked that “she was running out of arms.”
Brian Woo, her tattoo artist, also posted images of the same on his Instagram account on Wednesday. He claimed to have “added to Olivia’s story” and that the tattoo was completed “awhile [sic] back.”
It came following a wrongful termination lawsuit brought by her former nanny, Ericka Genaro against her and her ex-husband Jason Sudeikis. Genaro claimed in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court that the Horrible Bosses star fired her after she requested a medical leave.
However, she is now demanding pay, punitive damages, and the expense of her legal representation.
Olivia Wilde’s former nanny has filed a lawsuit!
In a previous interview with Daily Mail, Ericka Genaro described how Jason Sudeikis texted her about his worries as Olivia Wilde started seeing Harry Styles more often.
Genaro’s claims, however, were swiftly refuted by the former famous couple, who referred to them as “false and scurrilous.” They reaffirmed that claim in a statement they provided to Daily Mail regarding the ex-nanny’s lawsuit, saying,
“As parents, it is incredibly upsetting to learn that a former nanny of our two young children would choose to make such false and scurrilous accusations about us publicly.”
According to a source who spoke to People after the couple’s split became public in November 2020, their kids were their top priority. They have established a wonderful co-parenting routine, and there has been good communication. The source continued that their family’s relationship is now only centered on prioritizing their children.
