There is one training clip that we did not see from last year’s epic Arrowverse crossover. This deleted scene is now released which is from The Flash‘s hour with the “Elseworlds”. Clark Kent aka Superman is seen racing with Oliver Queen who newly  gained Barry’s super speed after Dr. John Deegan tinkered with reality. The race training takes place on the iconic Smallville’s Kent farm set. While the Man of Steel seems to be having a good time racing, flying around and teaching, Oliver seems hesitant to the training like all students.

So, Clark uses this as an opportunity to share his hard-earned wisdom and teach the temporary Scarlet Speedster an important lesson about mastering his newfound powers.

So far… sooo gooood. Scratch that. So far…. its the Best!

In Oct. 2018, Amell said to an EW reporter who visited the crossover’s set that “The whole experience has been so cool and has bordered on being surreal,” about his scenes with Gustin, Hoechlin, and Supergirl‘s Melissa Benoist on the Kent Farm.

Hoechlin is confirmed to return as Superman for Crisis on Infinite Earths and it looks like he’ll also be joined by fellow actors Brandon Routh and possibly even Tom Welling to reprise their roles. This crossover will also have Superman and Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch) back and will introduce the duo’s new born child.

Arrow’s executive producer Marc Guggenheim praised the work going into Crisis on Infinite Earths making it the biggest crossover in the Arrowverse yet. “Loving these so much. Everyone is hard at work already- the earliest start we’ve ever gotten on the crossovers- to make this as big and epic and FUN as we can conceivably manage.”

ComicBook spoke with LaMonica Garrett about his role in the series, where he’ll be reprising his role as the Monitor as well as playing the biggest bad in the DC Universe as the Anti-Monitor. He says that he doesn’t want to think of the magnitude of the show because it might get into the head and get the best of him.
