Charlie Sheen Reportedly Banned From NYC Plaza Hotel After Trying to Strangle Adult Movie Star Capri Anderson in His Underwear While Ex-Wife and Kids Watched
Although these days Charlie Sheen seems to be working on staying sober and healthy, he has fallen into many problematic issues in the past. The Two and a Half Men star even faced allegations of abuse and s*xual assault during the time he was suffering from substance abuse and alcoholism. Among the various issues he has been into, one time he was banned from the NYC Plaza Hotel. Sheen was caught wearing only his underwear and running around the hotel room. Due to the huge amount of damage he incurred, the actor got banned from the place for a lifetime. There have been many such incidents in his life throughout his career. Why Was Charlie Sheen Banned From NYC Plaza Hotel?
Many would know that Charlie Sheen has seen a fair amount of problems throughout his career. And they have all been mainly a consequence of substance abuse and alcoholism. He has been accused of physical abuse, s*xual assault, damages, and cheating. And at one time he got banned from the NYC Plaza hotel due to one unsurprising outburst. It happened back in 2021. According to reports by NBC New York, the actor had been thrashing things about his hotel room wearing only his underwear. After law enforcement broke in, they found a woman in the bathroom. The woman had been Capri Anderson, an adult film star.
Talking with ABC, Anderson shared that things were good initially. However with time, Sheen started thrashing and at one point he even grabbed her neck in a very uncomfortable way. Moreover, at the time, the actor’s wife Denise Richards, and children had also been present nearby in another room. All his thrashing reportedly resulted in damages amounting to around 20,000 dollars. But his actions that day ended up getting him banned from the hotel for a lifetime.

Charlie Sheen’s substance abuse and alcoholism were successful in giving him a bad reputation. Around a decade of his life, Sheen constantly made headlines due to the issues he got himself into. His career and personal relationship both got negatively affected. Sheen was known for being a womanizer at the time. And reportedly he had been in a relationship with multiple women while being married to his first wife Denise Richards. Worse than that, the actor’s third wife Brooke Mueller accused him of physically abusing her. And when it came to his career, once the star of Two and a Half Men, Sheen was dropped after season 8 of the TV show. However, following such a problematic period, he is currently focusing on being sober and healthy once again.
