According to The Digital Fix, Pratt’s average per-movie earning is $605,670,108 which is significantly greater than anyone else in the industry right now. As far as Roert Downwy Jr. is considered, he has an average per-movie earning of $326,981,689.
That said, Chris Pratt’s numbers prove why he is arguably the biggest draw in the industry right now. As mentioned earlier, Pratt has delivered two blockbusters this year with Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 earning $845.6 million and The Super Mario Bros earning $1,362,059,669 in the global box office.
Chris Pratt had to lose weight to star alongside Brad Pitt in Moneyball
For anyone who has seen Chris Pratt during his early days, it is common knowledge that he was significantly heavier. However, an opportunity to be cast alongside Brad Pitt is all it took for him to lose weight. Pratt was offered a chance in Moneyball, however, as revealed by the actor, he was overweight and Brad Pitt needed someone fitter. Speaking about it with Men’s Health, he recalled how he agreed to lose weight and said:
“I got an audition through straight-up hardcore lobbying. But the response was: ‘Brad Pitt really liked you but you are too fat.’I was like: ‘All right, I can lose it, I can lose it.’ I probably lost about 35lb in six weeks.”
Pratt’s efforts paid off and he was applauded for his acting in the movie which ultimately proved to be a success.
