Jennifer Lopez has recently opened up about her thoughts on the idea of marriage amid the reports that her husband, Ben Affleck is getting closer to his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner. Ever since the long-lost couple reunited after calling off their engagement in the early 2000s, reports have continuously emerged about the possible problems that are creating issues in their marital life.
Amid the growing reports of the pair having trouble in their marriage. the actress has revealed her intention to do two wedding movies consecutively. She also expressed her opinions on her marriage with the Batman star.
Jennifer Lopez Opens Up About Doing Two Wedding Movies in a Row
The 53-year-old actress, Jennifer Lopez was recently interviewed on ExtraTV when she made an appearance on the red carpet for the L.A. premiere of her new movie Shotgun Wedding. The actress sported a sheer Valentino Haute Couture dress that was covered in crystals. It was adorned by a big yellow bow.
In the interview, she opened up about doing two wedding movies referring to it and the other one being Marry Me film directed by Kat Coiro. When the interviewer shared that she has been a bride in 8 different movies, she shared the fact as “funny” explaining that she had just finished filming Marry Me when the script of her upcoming film came to her.
“I was like, do I want to do two wedding movies in a row like that? But it was so funny.”
She continued,
“And I thought to myself, with the right director and the right people, this could be something really fun and special. And I have never done an action comedy, a romantic action comedy, done a lot of romantic comedies, but not action.”
She shared her experience as a “paradise” working with amazing people stating that “we had the best time.”
The actress also addressed her personal life and her love, Ben Affleck in the interview.

The actress went on to comment on her marital life with her husband as they are focusing on settling to blend their family with the children they share with their former spouses. She shared that her blended family is doing “really well” amid the previous reports that the pair were having difficulty in merging it.
She shared,
“I mean, it’s amazing. We have five beautiful children. Blessings.”
She went on to share that the pair are “so blessed and grateful” in their lives given that the couple was seriously having troubles in their marriage. Their relationship reportedly further deteriorated when Jennifer Garner, Affleck’s ex-wife, came into the scene. Though things are now looking pretty much on the good side.
