“Do you have any idea?”: Kevin Hart Still Can’t Believe Will Smith Scared the Sh*t Out of Samuel L Jackson at Oscars
Will Smith has been entertaining people for a long time with his incredible performances. He has so many devoted fans all around the world. Following this historic occurrence, a number of things happened. Despite offering two separate sincere apologies, Will Smith was given a 10-year suspension from Academy events. Chris Rock’s presence on the Oscars stage, where he was given the responsibility of presenting the Academy Award for best documentary feature in 2022, is where the controversy first began.
Inadvertently making fun of Jada Pinkett Smith’s bald head, Rock dabbled in humor in his opening remarks by referring to a hypothetical G.I. Jane sequel. Will Smith initially laughed in response, but Jada Pinkett Smith expressed her disapproval in a different way. However, in an unexpected turn of events, Smith took the stage after the joke and gave Chris Rock a loud slap.
After that, Smith swiftly went back to his seat, leaving the audience puzzled as to whether the scene had been staged or genuine. “Will Smith just slapped the f*ck out of me,” Rock joked as he said in a deadpan manner to the audience. A heated argument followed, with Smith restating his position and Rock attempting to explain the meaning of his joke. Even though the incident occurred more than a year ago, Kevin Hart still finds it hard to believe that Smith scared the sh*t out of Samuel L. Jackson.

The comedian recently roasted Will Smith for his Oscar slap at a comedy show. Even so, that wasn’t the set’s high point. Hart’s surprise that Will Smith’s slap caused Samuel L. Hart claimed that Jackson was stunned by what happened, which was true; however, the amusing thing is that Jackson claimed he could sense that he was going to be next. Samuel L. Jackson believed that Chris Rock will be followed by him as the next person to receive a heavy slap from Smith. “Do you have any idea how crazy you have to be to make Samuel L. Jackson jump back,” Hart continued.
I don’t find Kevin Hart’s disbelief odd in this case since no one could have predicted that a man like Jackson would be scared of Smith. However, everything Hart stated and made fun of during his show was done so in good fun and was not meant to hurt anyone. After all, he is a comedian.
